Postage Information
UK postage:
All orders are sent via Royal Mail's First Class service which takes 1-3 days (officially 1-2, but at busy times of the year it can take up to 4 days after collection).
The prices currently are:
- Small letter (individual cards or mini prints) - free
- Large letter (up to 2.5 cm in height) - £1.95
- Small parcel - from £3.50 (weight dependent)
As most items are printed/made to order the dispatch times can vary but typically will be 3-5 working days.
International postage:
International shipping rates vary per country with all orders sent via the Royal Mail's International Service.
Sales Tax and Customs Duty
Since 2021, all orders from the UK to Europe are liable for VAT and Custom Charges.
If you are an international buyer, it is your responsibility to check your local sales tax/customs import charges prior to ordering, paying for any additional charges that occur from your local delivery provider for your order. Simons Nest is not liable for any VAT/Sales Tax and Customs/Import Charges.
By placing an order you agree to pay for all charges when the parcel reaches your country. If you refuse and the order is returned, Simons Nest reserve the right to not refund postage or any customs duty charges which may be applied to the returned items.
